  1. I know that we all use the Navigator, but we are admins and should be the exception. Users should not use it (even though they have to because we haven’t provided other navigation via workcenters and nav colls, etc). With that in mind, the navbar should be for easy access tiles just like the homepage, but a homepage that is one click away with all the tiles you usually use. This is why I don’t want the Navigator to auto expand.
