  1. Work to Replicate the issue/Look at code (if possible)
  2. MOS/Local Knowledge Base (wiki or tickets)
  3. Isolate the cause/Eliminate variables/Research Logs
  4. Attempt to understand the flow/technology/stack
  5. Develop root-cause theory
  6. Test to prove/disprove theory
